Lessons Learned
The new "grant/silo "model, which came into play in June, saw a dramatic increase in the number and quality of proposals compared to May. Several silos were established through community vote approval, and the YAM rebuild brings hope to the community.
These changes need to be effectively communicated to the community as soon as possible to restore the community’s confidence in YAMDAO. In July, there are more documents that need to be translated as soon as possible, and the interaction with the community needs to be strengthened. The most difficult time for YAMDAO may have passed.
